Poppy Koning has all right on the artwork she creates, this includes sold and commissioned paintings. She retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork. The buyer may not make reproductions of any artwork she creates.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY (COA)
All paintings made by Poppy Koning herself come with an original certificate of authenticity also known as COA which contains Poppy Koning her signature.
HUMAN BLOOD PAINTINGS
Is it safe to own?
Yes, it is safe to own my human blood work. Each painting is carefully sealed and poses no risk when handled normally. I recommend wearing gloves when you touch or clean the artwork to prevent fingerprints or grease stains on the varnish.
Is your blood ethically sourced?
Yes, all blood used in my human blood paintings is my own.
Will it change over time?
No, my human blood paintings don’t oxidize and retain their vibrancy after purchase.
How exclusive is your human blood art?
It is highly exclusive. I have chosen to limit the total number of human blood artworks to my age. This is not created for mass production, it is meant to be cherished and savored.

ONLINE COURSES
The online courses you purchase through our website will be yours permanently. You can easily access the course(s) after purchasing through your account or you can download them for personal use only.
SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL
Orders will be shipped between 1 – 5 business days after confirmation of payment.
The Netherlands: €10 shipping for orders under €350, free shipping for orders over €350
Europe: €25 shipping for orders under €350, free shipping for orders over €350
Worldwide: €50 shipping for orders under €350, free shipping for orders over €350

HOW WE SHIP
Paintings on canvas are shipped in custom wooden boxes for extra safety. The boxes are sealed and require screwdrivers or a drill to open. All canvas shipments include track & trace and signature on delivery.
Paintings on paper are shipped in reinforced cardboard envelopes to ensure safe delivery. These shipments also include track & trace and signature on delivery.
Smaller paintings (<30 × 30 cm) are shipped via PostNL / PostNL International. Track & trace code will be personally emailed to you once the package is dropped off at the post office.
Larger paintings (50 × 50 cm and bigger) are shipped via DHL Express. You will receive your track & trace code personally by email once the shipment is on its way.
All packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging for privacy and protection.
TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
For orders outside the European Union, local import taxes, customs duties, or VAT may apply. These are charged by your country’s customs authority. DHL Express handles all customs paperwork, so no action is required on your part, but additional local fees may still apply.
We are not responsible for customs delays or charges. Buyers are responsible for any fees required by customs, import duties, or taxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You may return the artwork, but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in protective packaging, ideally its original packaging.
Commissions or custom art cannot be returned. Please carefully review the final pictures of a commissioned painting and request additional photos if needed before confirming your order. During the review stage, the buyer can confirm or reject the artwork. Once a commissioned painting is fully paid and shipped, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
DAMAGED & LOST
If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please send photos of the damage or packaging to us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and offer a full refund or an exchange if applicable. Refunds or exchanges cover the item value only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
