All the paintings will be shipped through wooden boxes for extra safety measures. Unless the painting is smaller than 12 x 12 inches (=30 x 30 cm.) The shipping of paintings also includes insurance, a track & trace code to follow your item and to make sure it arrives at the right doorstep you need to sign the delivery paper to accept your package.
All packages will be shipped through PostNL or PostNL international, they come with a track & trace code. You receive the code after your package got delivered to the post office.
TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
We are not resonsible for any fees required by customs nor import duties or taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes and import duties that may apply.
We am not responsible for the delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and you can send the artwork back. Please not that buyers are responsible for the shipping costs + insurance of returning the item. The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in a protective packaging, ideally its original packaging.
Commissions or custom art cannot be returned. Please carefully review the final pictures of a commissioned painting(s) and request more pictures if needed to finalize the decision before shipping. In the review stage the buyer has the choice to confirm or reject the painting. Once the painting is paid and shipped, we can not accept a return.
DAMAGED & LOST
For damaged or lost paintings please send a couple photos of the damage, so that I can learn more about what went wrong with their particular shipment. You will be fully refunded or can make an exchange if such an event occurs.
