CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY (COA)
All paintings made by Poppy Koning herself come with an original certificate of authenticity also known as COA which contains Poppy Koning her signature.
HUMAN BLOOD PAINTINGS
The blood Poppy uses in her human blood paintings is from Poppy Koning herself, the blood is extracted from her veins by a medic and/or Poppy herself. Poppy is well known with blood due to her research and her diploma in the medical field.
The human blood paintings are completely sealed and safe due to the sealing process it went through, because of precaution we do recommend using gloves while transporting the human blood painting(s) and/or while dusting them off. This also prevents fingerprints from getting onto the varnish and/or grease stains in general.
Thanks to the mixture that Poppy invented herself, her blood does not oxidize over time and the human blood painting will remain the same after purchasing.
The human blood paintings made by Poppy Koning come with a certificate of authenticity (COA).

The online courses you purchase through our website will be yours permanently. You can easily access the course(s) after purchasing through your account or you can download them for personal use only.

All the paintings on canvas will be shipped through wooden boxes for extra safety measures. The boxes are sealed, you need screwdrivers or a drill to open the box. The paintings on canvas come with a track & trace code to follow your item and to make sure it arrives at the right doorstep you need to sign the delivery paper to accept your package.
The paintings on paper will be shipped through cardboard envelopes that fit through the mailbox, yet again, the shipping of the paintings on paper include a track & trace code to follow your item and to make sure it arrives at the right doorstep you need to sign the delivery paper to accept your package.
All packages will be shipped through PostNL or PostNL international, they come with a track & trace code. You receive the code after your package got delivered at the post office.
TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
We are not resonsible for any fees required by customs nor import duties or taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes and import duties that may apply.
We are not responsible for the delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after delivery and you can send the artwork back. Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping costs + insurance of returning the item. The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in a protective packaging, ideally its original packaging.
Commissions or custom art cannot be returned. Please carefully review the final pictures of a commissioned painting(s) and request more pictures if needed to finalize the decision before shipping. In the review stage the buyer has the choice to confirm or reject the painting. Once the painting is fully paid and shipped, we can not accept a return.
DAMAGED & LOST
For damaged or lost paintings please send a couple photos of the damage, so that we can learn more about what went wrong with their particular shipment. You will be fully refunded or can make an exchange if such an event occurs.
