Are you a bit hesitant to get start with journaling about your mental health? And do you need some support to kick off the first page? Maybe after one month of journaling to reflect? Or to hear someone else’s advice? Or just because you ran into a few roadblocks, that’s totally fine because in this one-on-one Skype session we will journal together!
And yes, this is also perfect for journaling about your bad days, because I know how hard it can be to write about them after you experienced them. We talk about your mental health, the subjects you want to journal about, talk about your triggers, figure them out and write together in your journal.
